SLA & Billing Details

✔ AI credit per plan: Essential €20, Pro/Core €50, Advanced €100. If OpenAI usage exceeds the credit, overage is billed at vendor cost (no markup). Credits reset monthly; no rollover.

✔ Alerts: at ~ 80% of your AI credit we notify you; at 100% we keep running and bill overage at cost, or throttle to a leaner model on request.

✔ WhatsApp/Meta fees: always pass-through at vendor cost.

✔ Fair-use: if your 3 - month average volume sits >20% above the plan’s typical range, we’ll propose a higher tier or adjust allowances.

✔ Support hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 18:00 (Ireland).

✔ Cancel/freeze: cancel anytime (7-day notice). One freeze/year; small reactivation/health-check fee may apply
